That depends on the vehicle and its approval. Different requirements apply in particular to 25 km/h and 45 km/h vehicles. We're happy to advise you before you buy.
Yes. We have our own workshop in Lucerne and service and repair e-scooters, e-bikes, electric mopeds, electric skateboards and Onewheels. Depending on the model, we can also repair vehicles bought elsewhere.
You'll have a direct point of contact with us. We inspect the vehicle in our workshop and, depending on the situation, arrange repairs, spare parts or warranty handling.
Many of our new vehicles come with a 2-year warranty. The exact warranty terms are listed with the relevant product.
Yes. We keep a wide range of original spare parts in our own stock, allowing us to carry out many repairs quickly.
Yes. We offer payment by invoice and instalments. The available options are shown during purchase or checkout.
The following weight-based shipping rates are configured for deliveries to Switzerland and Liechtenstein:
- Accessories, 0โ2 kg: CHF 9
- Standard, 10โ30 kg: free
- Light bike, 31โ48 kg: CHF 49
- Bikes from 50 kg: CHF 169
A standard rate of CHF 199 is configured for other destination countries, provided the delivery address is supported at checkout.
The available shipping methods and total costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. There is no blanket free-shipping offer above a particular order value.
The configured transit time for Switzerland and Liechtenstein is 1โ2 working days. Preparation, stock availability and pre-orders can extend the total delivery time. Please check the information for the relevant product.
Depending on the vehicle, we carry out the appropriate preparation and checks before handover or shipping. For vehicles that require additional commissioning or registration, we'll explain the process.
For vehicles that require registration, we help with the necessary documents and explain the Swiss registration process.
Lithium batteries should be stored dry and at suitable temperatures. If the vehicle is not used for a longer period, the battery should not be stored completely empty. Exact recommendations vary by manufacturer. Model-specific advice is already provided on your product pages.
Yes, you're generally welcome to drop in during our opening hours. For a particular test ride, we recommend contacting us briefly in advance to make sure the vehicle you want is available.
